Other resources

I believe in empowering women to take control of their financial futures and achieve lasting prosperity. As part of my commitment to providing comprehensive support, I’ve curated a selection of resources to complement my coaching services. From informative videos and insightful articles to inspiring books and practical tools, these resources are designed to align with my ethos of holistic financial empowerment.

Videos:

If you are a mother and are struggling to balance all the demands on your money, the Budget Mom is a down-to-earth, realistic resource. She uses the ‘envelop’ system of budgeting which works for some people:

Books:

I try to live in a minimalist way, and I found this book on Audible which promised to tell the story of someone who learnt to live on very little. I loved the story of this young woman struggling with her own demons and addictions, who took on a massive challenge to get out of debt. She pulls no punches and inspires me to tackle some of my own bad spending habits.

Podcasts:

I have a Spotify account and I love these podcasts on personal finance:

Her Money

Her Money with Jean Chazsky has been around for years. She has a topic on just about any aspect of personal finance that you could be interested in. I can listen for hours.

My Money My Lifestyle

My Money My Lifestyle by Maya Fisher-French who is South African, gives a lot of relevant detail on investing. Maybe not for women just starting off on their journey to financial freedom, but a little further along the road.
